What Constitutes an Emergency?

Emergencies are defined as:  Fire, Medical or Police Emergency – CALL 9-1-1

Please call PEKA (daytime at 403.678.6162 / after hours at 403.678.7936) for the following:

• Water loss - flood, leaking pipes, roof leak, sewer back up
• No heat
• Elevator not working
• Parkade door not functioning
• Building security compromised (i.e. an entrance/exit door will not lock)
• OR any other issue required to mitigate property damage

(Please do not call PEKA for unit lock outs)
