Canmore Community Housing Corporation and PEKA Professional Property Management Ltd. are now accepting applications for Canmore's first Perpetually Affordable Housing rental development at Palliser Village.

A range of bachelor, one, two and three bedroom units are available now to eligible residents. This 60-unit property is conveniently located at 1750 Palliser Trail on the sunny side of Canmore.

Eligibility Criteria at a glance:

• Do you work in Canmore or are you retired with a Canmore work history?
• Have you lived in Canmore for the past year?
• Was your total household income less than $63,500 in 2008?

If you answered yes to all of the questions above, then you may be eligible to rent at Palliser Village. Full eligibility criteria and required documentation can be found in the application package.

Please complete the application and forward to PEKA Management. Approval will be granted in writing in two stages:

1) Based on income, approval from Canmore Community Housing Corporation and

2) Based on rental history, references and interview, approval from PEKA Management.
