• Advertising during vacancy estimated at $60-80 / mo while vacant

PEKA proudly has no up charges -- thus there are no charges for:

• Notices / deliveries
• Banking
• Keys (given initial keys have been provided)
• General Mail
• Organizing and inspecting maintenance work completed
• Photocopying
• Associate time in administering and attending all inspections (tenant and owner)
• Associate emergency response (at any time)
• Absolutely no hourly charges
• No management charges if the unit is vacant

For non- resident tax administration (outside of Canada) there is a charge of $125.00 (NR6 & T1261 forms)
