PEKA Professional Property Management Ltd. offers you peace of mind while away from your mountain home with our Vacant Property Checks.  Our program provides the documented presence required to satisfy most insurance carriers.  Note: Property Check personnel have undergone RCMP Criminal Record Check.

SUMMARY OF SERVICE (limited to)  

• Visual check of vacant premises (interior only)
• Interior temperature reading (recorded on property check chit)
• Windows secured / doors locked / alarm reset (if applicable)

FEES FOR SERVICE

• $80.00/per Month (plus 5% GST) – based on one check per week (4/5 weeks in month)
• $20.00/per Check (plus 5% GST) – based on specified check(s)
• FREE – Key release service for family, friends, contractors, deliveries, etc. (during normal office hours).  Note:  PEKA will not be responsible for key return and/or missed property checks in the event Owner has authorized a key release and the key is not available at the time of check (Owner will not be charged for scheduled check if key is out).
