As an absentee landlord (or resident one for that matter), there are no shortage of issues that come up. Condominium Management
As a member of a condo Board, PEKA does an excellent job in looking after our complexes, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs, obtaining quotes on our behalf, making various recommendations and assisting us in budgeting and running our Board meetings. They make things very easy for those that do not have any specific experience in running a condo complex.
