PEKA has partnered with Condo Communities. Condo Communities is a Canadian company that provides an online format for property management. By moving in this direction, PEKA’s intent is to provide better visibility of the status of and improve communication on the items ongoing at the property. The online platform allows Property Managers to update information and Board members to access the information easily. The platform also has the option of an Owner Portal that allows communication to owners and the ability for owners to report issues to PEKA and the Board.

We have a paperless invoice processing system. This process includes the electronic capture, review, approval, payment and storage of every condominium invoice that enters the PEKA office for all the condominiums within our portfolio. The condominium treasurers are provided with a login and instructions to approve payments being released to the suppliers for final review and approval at their convenience from the comfort of their own homes.
