Duties

  • Sorting mail/invoices
  • Key cutting and invoicing
  • Sorting emails

The immediate focus of this role is to manage the Reception Desk for PEKA.  This will require dealing with owners, renters, employees and the general public in a pleasant, professional, efficient manner to facilitate information and communication.  This role is responsible for daily maintenance of a petty cash and the responsibility to accurately account for monies received for various departments within PEKA.  This role is the first impression of the company and is expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor which helps to further the company mission of “success through service”. 

In receiving visitors in many capacities, the Office Administrator is responsible for providing information on company policies and maintaining protocol with respect to those policies, in particular with regard to managing appointments for employees and ensuring those visiting have properly planned their visit.  This role facilitates communication between all departments and contractors for both the rental trust and condominium divisions. This role is responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies as well as the presentation and cleanliness of the office. This role is responsible for overseeing the appropriate security measures surrounding keys entrusted to PEKA and may be required to cut keys when required, once trained to do so.
