What Constitutes an Emergency?
Please call PEKA (Canmore: daytime at 403.678.6162 / after hours at 403.678.7936, Calgary: 1 855 306 4899 )
for the following:
- Water loss - flood, leaking pipes, roof leak, sewer back up
- No heat
- Elevator not working
- Parkade door not functioning
- Building security compromised (i.e. an entrance/exit door will not lock)
- Fire (after 911 has been contacted)
- OR any other issue required to mitigate property damage
(Please do not call PEKA for unit lock outs)
Noise Complaints:
Noise complaints are not a PEKA after-hours emergency. Please contact the appropriate authority below and then contact PEKA in writing regarding the complaint.
- CANMORE: Noise complaints occurring outside of our business hours (7:30am-6:00pm) should be directed to the RCMP by calling (403) 678-5516.
- CALGARY: Call Calgary Police Service at (403) 266-1234 if the noise is caused by criminal activity. Call 311 (from within Calgary) or 403-268-CITY (2489) (from outside Calgary) if the noise is not caused by criminal activity.
- COCHRANE: Noise complaints occurring outside of our business hours (7:30am-6:00pm) should be directed to the RCMP by calling (403)-932-2211 (complaints).
